The Senior Software Developer at SOTI is responsible for developing innovative solutions, mentoring team members, writing scalable code, and supporting full development lifecycle.

The Account Manager will drive revenue growth by managing customer relationships, acquiring new business, conducting product demos, and collaborating with partners while ensuring customer satisfaction and pipeline management.

Own customer renewals and relationships for a defined region, meeting renewal targets, creating quotes, upselling, and resolving customer needs. Manage pipeline and forecasts, conduct inbound/outbound outreach, run targeted campaigns, collaborate with sales and channel partners, and maintain product and industry knowledge to grow account value and retention.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable C#/.NET applications; write tests and automation; mentor team members; participate in full development lifecycle, code reviews, debugging, and architecture decisions.

Manage and grow channel partner accounts in Canada by training partners on the SOTI ONE Platform, developing mutual plans, prospecting and retaining clients, coordinating internal resources, partnering with OEMs, handling escalations, and meeting sales targets.

Build and lead a greenfield outbound sales development function: hire and coach SDRs, design outbound strategy and sequences, participate in prospecting, establish metrics, forecasting, and scale the model from the US to global regions.

Lead the development and delivery of AI-driven product capabilities, transforming data into actionable insights while mentoring a high-performing team of data scientists and engineers.

The Senior Software Developer will lead development for SOTI's mobile management solutions, focusing on scalable applications using C# and .NET, while collaborating with agile teams.

Lead a team of Product Managers and Owners, define product strategy, oversee development and delivery, and drive market growth.
