Build, test, launch, and optimize marketing automation workflows, email campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and A/B tests using Pardot, Salesforce, and related reporting tools. Manage segmentation, lead routing, campaign tracking, QA, compliance, and performance reporting. Analyze campaign and webinar data, maintain data hygiene and documentation, and recommend improvements while collaborating with demand generation, content, design, web, product marketing, and regional teams.

Designs and evolves scalable, highly available, resilient, and cost-effective AWS and Azure architectures. Builds cloud automation, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD workflows, networking, serverless and containerized solutions, disaster recovery, and cross-cloud connectivity. Improves cloud environments through modernization, performance and cost optimization, and operational automation. Partners with engineering and operations teams on migrations, troubleshooting, architecture reviews, and proofs of concept while defining standards and mentoring engineers.

Design, develop, test, and productionize scalable AI features for mobile and IoT device management products. Integrate advanced models, optimize performance and reliability, investigate defects, write automated tests, and contribute across the software development lifecycle. Provide technical guidance, architecture expertise, code reviews, and leadership in C# and .NET while collaborating with multidisciplinary product teams.

Partner with account managers to drive revenue through consultative pre-sales activities: demo SOTI products, map technical challenges to business outcomes, provide pre- and post-sales technical support, troubleshoot customer issues, and support local and international tradeshows.
