Lead integrated communications strategy and executive messaging for the CEO and senior leaders in a regulated wealth-management environment. Support Managed Supervision and Tier 2 Compliance teams by maintaining and updating client portfolios, ensuring alignment with investment policies, monitoring inboxes, resolving account issues, and assisting with operational and reporting tasks.

Lead development and oversight of credit risk framework, policies, underwriting and adjudication. Monitor credit exposures, prepare financial risk reports, develop risk indicators and limits, and contribute to PD/LGD/EAD modeling, internal capital, ORSA and stress-testing initiatives to minimize credit losses and ensure regulatory compliance.

Process segregated fund trades, GICs and other investment products; manage WealthServ account setup; track transfers; follow up on missing information; resolve investment issues and complaints; manage investment mail and support advisors to meet service standards.

Lead active management of public corporate bond portfolios (mainly Investment Grade), generate relative-value outperformance, monitor performance versus benchmarks, collaborate with research/trading, present strategies to committees, drive process improvements, lead projects, and coach junior team members.
