The Manager of Account Management leads a team to enhance client relations, driving satisfaction and growth through strategic management of a portfolio of accounts.

Lead local treasury operations for Holman in Canada, managing daily cash/debt decisions, liquidity forecasting, local funding and bank relationships, financial risk management, compliance, data analytics and treasury reporting, while coordinating with US Treasury and local stakeholders.

Primary administrator and SME for Holman PartnerConnect: maintain system adoption and supplier activity, support testing and reporting, train users, work with IT/database teams to resolve defects and build custom reports, and implement process improvements.

Manage day-to-day client interactions and act as fleet manager for assigned accounts. Maintain client profiles, build selectors and reports, recommend vehicles/pricing, place orders, resolve issues, run proactive monthly reports, work with internal teams, and support account managers at client meetings and events.

Lead Canadian tax function including tax provision/reporting, compliance for corporate, partnership and indirect taxes, transfer pricing and audits. Advise management on tax law changes, partner with international tax, support ERP implementation as tax SME, serve as AML compliance officer, and mentor a team of tax professionals.
