Manage daily operations of multi-provincial service centers, drive customer service excellence, oversee staffing, training, fleet and inventory, ensure regulatory compliance and safety, collaborate with sales/support teams, execute KPIs and continuous improvement across the territory, and support on-site customer and patient needs.

In this role, you will manage systems engineering processes, define system architecture, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate across various engineering teams to develop medical devices, guiding the technical team through system design and validation.
