Provides technical leadership for z/OS system upgrades, maintenance, infrastructure support, resiliency, and disaster recovery across geographically distributed Parallel Sysplex and GDPS environments. Leads enterprise inclusion and employee engagement strategies, People Network governance, events, campaigns, executive sponsorship, stakeholder partnerships, and insight-driven improvements. Develops inclusive employee experiences, supports community and belonging initiatives, and manages a high-performing team. Partners across Human Resources, Communications, business units, executive sponsors, and employee-led groups to strengthen participation, connection, and organizational impact.

Leads inclusion data, analytics, dashboards, reporting, scorecards, budgeting, financial controls, and operational governance supporting enterprise inclusion strategy. Translates workforce and portfolio data into actionable insights, manages reporting and planning routines, partners with HR, Legal, ESG, and business leaders, and develops a high-performing team.

Leads and executes regulatory compliance examinations across wealth management, asset management, and capital markets. Responsibilities include planning, fieldwork, evaluating regulatory adherence and control effectiveness, identifying deficiencies, reporting results, monitoring regulatory developments, advising business partners, and supporting broader compliance examination portfolios. The role also serves as a subject matter expert, builds relationships across governance and compliance teams, and assists colleagues in strengthening the compliance testing program.

Leads CIBC’s external Inclusion partnership strategy by building relationships with community organizations, advocacy groups, and industry stakeholders. Develops engagement strategies, supports executive participation in external forums, prepares briefing materials, monitors market trends, conducts benchmarking, and evaluates partnership effectiveness.
