Support Fusion Threat Intelligence operations by collecting, analyzing, and distributing actionable operational threat intelligence. Monitor emerging threats, assist incident response, maintain and improve SOPs and guidance, collaborate with Information Security, Corporate Security and Fraud teams, drive process improvements, and mentor junior analysts to ensure intelligence informs risk mitigation and operational decisions.

Lead risk-focused audits across Commercial & Corporate Banking, evaluate control design and operating effectiveness, report findings, advise management on remediation and best practices, and manage multiple audit engagements while supporting continuous monitoring and audit process improvements.

Lead end-to-end product lifecycle and P&L for unsecured personal lending products. Define product, pricing, acquisition, account management, and operational strategies. Partner cross-functionally (Risk, Analytics, Marketing, Technology, Operations, Compliance, Retail) to improve risk-adjusted profitability, client experience, and efficiency. Build and coach a high-performing product team and embed risk and regulatory discipline into product planning and execution.
