Supports cash logistics operations through ATM reconciliation, treasury holdings reporting, and timely distribution of accurate reports to banks and financial institutions. Provides proactive customer service, coordinates with internal stakeholders on service issues and process improvements, and ensures reporting meets established service levels and deadlines. The role is based in Etobicoke, Ontario, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Leads total rewards strategy across the U.S. and Canada, including compensation, benefits, pension, recognition, pay equity, job architecture, and salary frameworks. Oversees benefits renewals, vendor negotiations, compliance, audits, annual cycles, and escalations. Advises senior leadership on program effectiveness, competitiveness, and cost management while monitoring market, economic, and legislative developments. Partners with HR, Labor Relations, and other stakeholders to drive strategic improvements and manage multiple related teams and priorities.
