Build scalable, secure APIs, drive TDD and testing, refactor to reduce technical debt, collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors, and mentor junior engineers while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Manage day-to-day people operations, improve onboarding/offboarding experiences, and support recruiting processes when necessary.
