Temporary in-store roadshow role promoting and selling a dessert product at Costco. Engage members, deliver product knowledge, meet daily sales KPIs, maintain demo station, track and report sales, and represent the brand professionally during assigned shifts (July 21–Aug 2).

Lead new business growth by identifying, qualifying, and advancing opportunities across agency service lines. Build relationships with senior decision-makers, manage outreach and pipeline, support proposals/RFPs and commercial negotiations, and coordinate internal teams to win and expand client engagements.

Support regional CD teams as a finance business partner: maintain forecasts and reporting, perform variance and trade analyses, advise leadership on financial performance and promotion ROI, participate in joint business planning and negotiations, drive process improvements and ensure financial controls.

Perform as the Planters mascot at Toronto Blue Jays games: engage fans through non-verbal performance and photos, support brand activation, maintain costume, assist with light setup/teardown, and attend mandatory virtual training and specified activation dates.

Engage Costco members at a roadshow to promote and sell a premium dessert product, meet daily sales KPIs, maintain a demo station, report daily sales, and represent the brand professionally. Requires standing for long periods and working scheduled shifts during the activation period.

Manage full-cycle, high-volume national recruitment: source and pre-screen candidates, conduct initial interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, use ATS and social media for outreach, and implement recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals.
