Lead and coach the Customer Success team to improve retention and renewals, build operational playbooks and CRM practices, manage escalations and change, collaborate cross-functionally, and own a small portfolio of school partners for engagement, adoption, and renewal planning.

Support execution of marketing initiatives across content, events, social, email, and digital channels. Create content (blogs, one-pagers, emails), coordinate event logistics, schedule and engage on social media, update web content and webinars, and support customer communications to drive campaign delivery and community engagement.
