Own complex SaaS implementation launches for government agencies and transit operators from kickoff through post-launch reporting. Configure the platform, translate operational requirements into workflows, manage milestones and risks, coordinate stakeholders, train users, and ensure successful handoff to Customer Success. The role requires managing multiple concurrent launches, building lasting customer relationships, and traveling within Canada and the USA approximately 2–3 weeks per quarter.
