Execute and maintain automated and manual test suites for web and data-integration solutions. Translate requirements into test cases, maintain traceability, run exploratory testing, report and manage defects, develop test data, and collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery of high-quality software using Agile practices.

Provide commercial legal support for Orion Health and HEALWELL AI group, drafting and negotiating complex technology, SaaS, software licensing and commercial agreements, leading major transactions, advising on corporate, employment, property and dispute matters, managing external counsel, supporting compliance and governance across jurisdictions, and standing in for the General Counsel when required.
