Lead strategy and execution for Jobber’s Voice AI products, primarily Receptionist. Own the roadmap, revenue growth, pricing and packaging, customer research, and multi-product communications strategy. Partner with Voice AI, telephony, and communications experts to ship and scale production LLM or ML capabilities that help small businesses manage calls, book jobs, follow up on quotes, and take actions within Jobber.

Manage and grow relationships with existing small-business customers through proactive outreach and consultative selling. Identify expansion opportunities, drive subscription upgrades and payments adoption, track activity in Salesforce, hit revenue targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to share customer feedback and support product initiatives.

Own and improve a portfolio of knowledge assets, including articles, SOPs, workflows, playbooks, and enablement materials. Create structured, discoverable, AI-ready content for Customer Success teams and AI-powered support experiences. Partner with Product, AI, Data, and subject matter experts to document changes, maintain content quality, support learning in the flow of work, and use customer, search, QA, and AI performance insights to drive continuous improvement.

The Principal Software Engineer drives organization-wide platform strategy, identifies and solves cross-team technical problems, and leads initiatives from research and prototyping through adoption. Responsibilities include architecture and trade-off decisions, high-quality coding, technical documentation, mentorship, and advancing AI-assisted engineering practices. The role will initially focus on mobile platform priorities such as offline support, Expo migration, testing infrastructure, and agentic development, while influencing engineering broadly.
