Drive organic demand and AI visibility through AEO/GEO experiments, off-site content, community platforms, and emerging discovery channels. Own prioritization, experimentation, monitoring, and scaling across Reddit, LinkedIn, YouTube, forums, and AI search surfaces. Measure citation frequency, share of voice, sentiment, leads, trials, conversions, and revenue while partnering with SEO, content, creative, product-led growth, PR, and community teams to build Jobber’s off-site organic growth playbook.

Leads the architecture, development, reliability, governance, and scalability of batch and real-time data platforms. Designs pipelines, self-service tooling, observability frameworks, and disaster recovery practices; mentors data engineers; establishes engineering standards; and partners cross-functionally to enable trusted data access for analytics, data science, and product teams. The role also contributes to strategic roadmaps, platform innovation, technical debt reduction, and on-call support.

Own and expand Jobber’s AI marketing enablement program by building agents, automations, integrations, evaluation practices, and reusable workflows. Partner with marketing teams to identify high-impact use cases, connect AI to live data, improve campaign analysis and execution, coach marketers, and drive adoption. The role also owns the AI roadmap, maturity model, documentation, reliability, responsible use, and measurement of business impact across Demand Generation and broader marketing.

Provide customer support through live chat, phone, and email in a fast-paced contact center. Troubleshoot product features, bugs, workflows, and customer questions; explain new functionality; document feedback and recommendations; maintain channel productivity; and relay insights to product and technical teams.
