Intern will assist in developing, testing, and maintaining full-stack web applications. Support accounting team with journalizing cash receipts, credit card chargebacks, Ticketmaster advances, live event suite settlements and merch sales; reconcile balance sheet accounts; analyze contracts in Salesforce; liaise with finance and cross-functional teams; and participate in special projects to develop technical accounting skills.

Support Toronto Maple Leafs Media Relations with game-day media tasks, credential creation/distribution, media centre coordination, document preparation, and administrative duties. Assist Hockey Operations and venue office needs at Scotiabank Arena and Ford Performance Centre. Respond to inquiries, maintain supplies and storage, and follow health and safety procedures.

Support the Global Partnerships team with partner contract fulfillment, event coordination, photo catalog and autographed merchandise inventory management, and execution of partner promotions and contests. Provide administrative support, adhere to service and safety standards, and assist on cross-property partnership initiatives across MLSE teams and venues.

Support the creative services team by assisting with project briefs, email coordination, asset and production tracking, attending shoots, and shadowing designers and art directors to help deliver static, animated, and video content across web, social, in-arena, print, and broadcast channels.

Responsible for finance and league reporting for the Toronto Raptors and Raptors 905, including league gate receipts, game settlements, annual planning and forecasts, month-end close, audits, and ad-hoc projects. Drive process improvements, collaborate with the Director of Finance and operational teams, and ensure timely, accurate financial results and league reporting.
