The Administrative Assistant will provide operational support to the Portfolio Leader and Director of Corporate Development, manage data and processes in Salesforce, create high-quality presentations, and assist with internal communication and administrative tasks.

Support evaluation and execution of acquisitions including financial modeling, valuation, due diligence coordination, preparing investment memoranda, assisting negotiations and post-close monitoring. Track and qualify opportunities, maintain stakeholder relationships, and report on pipeline and acquisition performance. Role ranges from Analyst to Associate with responsibilities scaling by experience.
