Designs and develops scalable Pega applications using Constellation, including complex workflows, case lifecycles, decisioning, and UI components. Leads REST, SOAP, file listener, email listener, and messaging integrations; troubleshoots integration issues; tunes performance with Pega diagnostic tools; and supports testing and documentation. Provides technical leadership through mentoring, code reviews, requirements collaboration, and enforcement of Pega best practices.
