Ensure firmwide compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Monitor legislative changes, update policies and handbooks, manage I-9/E-Verify and HRIS recordkeeping, conduct audits, support agency responses, deliver compliance training, and partner with HR and business leaders to mitigate risk.

Coordinate and execute lateral partner recruiting activities including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communications and conflicts, tracking candidates in systems, assisting recruiting leadership with research and market analysis, and supporting day-of logistics and onboarding mentorship selection.
