Provides expert guidance on employee relations, performance management, investigations, workplace conduct, policy interpretation, compliance, organizational change, and HR process improvement. Advises leaders, develops training and documentation, supports HR shared services, manages sensitive cases, and strengthens employee experience and workplace culture. Requires progressive HR experience in non-union commercial or corporate pharma or CPG environments, strong employee relations expertise, and familiarity with HR systems and employment legislation.

Responsibilities include analyzing plan impacts, improving processes and automation, building reporting, forecasting monthly accruals, maintaining rosters and payroll files, generating purchase orders, communicating plan details, and ensuring quarterly deliverables meet compliance and timing requirements. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal while supporting scalable, motivating, and financially responsible compensation strategies.
