Manages strategic relationships with large SaaS customers, guiding implementation, adoption, ROI, retention, and account growth. Builds executive-level partnerships, monitors customer health, resolves escalations, delivers quarterly business reviews, identifies upsell opportunities, and coordinates internal teams to improve customer outcomes. The role requires customer success or account management experience, SaaS or post-acute software knowledge, strong communication skills, and practical use of AI tools.

Design, build, deploy, and scale AI-enabled workflows and agent-based automation across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and RevOps. Own backlog, integrate and optimize revenue tech (HubSpot, Gong, ChurnZero), measure impact with dashboards, document playbooks, and apply AI governance and monitoring to ensure reliable, ethical production systems that drive deal velocity and revenue outcomes.

Own the evolution of HubSpot and the broader go-to-market technology ecosystem. The role designs scalable system architecture, redesigns revenue processes, translates business requirements into workflows, establishes governance, advises cross-functional leaders, evaluates AI-enabled tools, and supports adoption of process improvements. It requires 4–6 years of revenue or sales operations experience, hands-on CRM expertise, strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, and practical AI experience.

Lead North American accounting and reporting under IFRS for Canadian and U.S. entities. Manage month/quarter/year-end close, revenue recognition (IFRS 15) for SaaS subscriptions, tax filings, audits, intercompany accounting, and coaching the accounting team. Partner with FP&A and Revenue Ops to improve processes via NetSuite, automation, and AI-enabled tools.
