Lead enterprise data product strategy and roadmaps, partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritize and deliver trusted data capabilities, ensure governance/security/quality, drive adoption and measure product success across global teams.

The Sr. Sourcing Analyst manages sourcing initiatives, data management, vendor relations, and contract execution, focusing on strategic value and risk mitigation.

Lead design of enterprise AI solutions (including GenAI, retrieval-based, and agent use cases), translate business requirements into scalable secure governed architectures, define AI architecture patterns, guide technology selection and non-functional requirements, partner with product/data/engineering/security teams, ensure responsible AI and compliance, and support pilots through production.

Lead design of scalable, governed end-to-end data solutions aligned to business priorities. Partner with product, engineering and architecture teams to define target-state patterns, integration, storage, consumption, controls and governance for reporting, operational and AI use cases. Provide technical leadership, review solutions, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards and platform strategy.

Support end-to-end operational servicing of private and alternative investments (onboarding, deal closing, funding, servicing, repayments, restructurings, reconciliations). Coordinate with Investments, Legal, Accounting, Trade Operations and external providers, maintain accurate records and systems, resolve breaks, support month-end close and audits, and contribute to process and control improvements.

This role manages operational tax matters, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws, coordinating tax provisions, and supporting various internal functions in Brookfield Asset Management.

Manage and oversee trade operations for credit investment teams, including trade confirmation, settlement, reconciliations, payment processing, bank/custodian relationships, derivative and collateral settlements, SOC 1 framework enhancement, team oversight, KPI/SLA monitoring, and resolving exceptions across multiple systems.

Support internal and external IT audits, execute control assessments and attestations, perform vendor risk and SOC report reviews, validate and track remediation, and contribute to cloud and security governance and reporting improvements across IT Risk & Compliance.

Administer global equity compensation plans and vendor systems (Shareworks, TSX Trust). Prepare reconciliations, reports, tax withholding validation, payroll and accounting support. Perform compensation benchmarking, data analysis, and support the annual compensation review using Excel and BI tools.
