Job Description
Role Summary
Leads the design of enterprise AI solutions that align business priorities, data foundations, architecture standards, and platform capabilities. This role translates complex business needs into scalable, secure, and governed AI solution designs, including GenAI and agent-based use cases. Partners with business, product, data, engineering, security, and governance teams to move high-value AI solutions from concept to production.
Key ResponsibilitiesAssess business problems and define end-to-end AI solution architectures aligned to enterprise priorities
Translate product and business requirements into scalable, secure, and supportable AI designs
Define architecture patterns for AI, GenAI, retrieval-based, and agent-enabled solutions
Ensure solution designs are grounded in trusted data, integration, and platform architecture standards
Partner with product owners, data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to shape implementation roadmaps
Guide technology selection, integration patterns, and design decisions across AI solution components
Establish non-functional requirements for security, governance, performance, resiliency, and supportability
Ensure AI solutions align with responsible AI, risk, compliance, and control requirements
Review and govern solution designs through architecture checkpoints and design standardsSupport pilots, production deployments, and architecture evolution based on business feedback and operational learnings
10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, solution architecture, data architecture, or AI-related roles
Proven experience designing and delivering complex enterprise technology solutions across multiple systems and stakeholders
Experience with AI, machine learning, GenAI, or advanced analytics solutions in production environments
Experience working with cloud platforms, enterprise data ecosystems, APIs, and integration patterns
Experience operating in regulated, security-conscious, or highly governed enterprise environments
Experience partnering with business leaders to translate strategic priorities into architecture designs
Technical knowledge and systems expertise: Deep understanding of enterprise architecture, AI and machine learning, GenAI, data platforms, integration patterns, and the data foundations required for scalable AI and agent-based solutions.
Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to assess complex business and technical challenges and translate them into scalable, practical, and governed solution designs.
Communication and collaboration capabilities: Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional influence skills.
Ability to work in cross-functional or global teams: Experience operating across global teams and aligning business, product, architecture, engineering, security, and governance stakeholders.
Understanding of technology governance, security, or operational practices: Strong understanding of responsible AI, risk management, security, compliance, and operational design requirements for enterprise AI solutions.
Experience in financial services, asset management, or similarly complex industries
Experience designing AI solutions that support decision-making, workflow automation, or knowledge-based use cases
Familiarity with modern cloud-based data and AI platforms and MLOps or model operations practices
Experience with architecture governance, design review processes, or enterprise architecture frameworks
Exposure to retrieval-augmented generation, knowledge architectures, or agent orchestration patterns
