Build and operate Brookfield Infrastructure’s internal knowledge platform supporting AI across the business. Responsibilities include designing data architecture, metadata standards, semantic layers, taxonomies, Snowflake structures, ingestion pipelines, and AI-enabled search. The role owns knowledge quality, governance, permissions, lifecycle management, platform adoption, and AI application optimization. Leads capital partnerships and investment solutions for Brookfield Energy’s renewable power and transition platform. Responsibilities include structuring and negotiating co-investments, continuation vehicles, yieldcos, joint ventures, minority stake sales, and other equity solutions; conducting sector research; coordinating investor outreach and diligence; preparing transaction materials; negotiating governance terms; and presenting investment strategies to institutional investors.
