Administer global equity compensation plans and vendor systems (Shareworks, TSX Trust). Prepare reconciliations, reports, tax withholding validation, payroll and accounting support. Perform compensation benchmarking, data analysis, and support the annual compensation review using Excel and BI tools.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for corporate functions across Brookfield lines of business. Source, screen, interview, and present candidates; partner with hiring managers; manage job postings, interview logistics, compensation discussions, diversity strategies, and recruiting metrics to improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.

Lead global equity compensation administration including Shareworks platform management, transaction execution, reporting, and multi-jurisdictional tax coordination. Partner with Payroll, Tax, Finance and vendors on compliance, audits, payroll validation, accounting treatment, and disclosures. Drive process improvements, maintain governance and controls, develop participant communications, and mentor junior team members. Monitor regulatory changes and support integrations and special projects.

Support investor communications for Brookfield Infrastructure’s public and private vehicles by preparing presentations, managing investor inquiries, monitoring analyst research, coordinating marketing activities and press releases, conducting market and peer analysis, and providing investor intelligence to senior management.

Support HR functions across the employee lifecycle including onboarding/offboarding, performance management, compensation & benefits coordination, employee relations, talent acquisition support, visas/relocation, and HR operations/projects while ensuring compliance and partnering with HRBPs and leadership.

Ensure completeness, reliability, and controls of investment-related data and security master records. Maintain data quality, implement controls, resolve discrepancies with cross-functional teams, support reporting and audits, and contribute to data management initiatives (e.g., Aladdin MVP).

Lead FP&A consolidation and forecasting for Brookfield Credit, own OneStream FP&A, review forecasts and results, prepare profitability analyses and presentation decks, manage 1-2 analysts, coordinate submissions and stakeholder engagement, and drive process improvements.

The Financial Analyst will manage fund operations reporting, review financial statements, ensure accuracy in reporting, and support process improvements, including automation initiatives.

The Manager, Risk & Insurance will assess business risks, manage insurance claims, collaborate on risk strategies, and coordinate with stakeholders across Brookfield's portfolio.

Prepare and review corporate and consolidated IFRS financial statements, lead close cycles, manage reconciliations and investment summaries, forecast cash flow and NAV, support investor relations, compliance, board reporting, and assist on transactions and ad hoc analyses to support senior management.
