Owns daily cash and risk management for a private equity treasury function. Responsibilities include liquidity forecasting, debt facility administration, fund flows, custody transactions, FX and interest rate risk support, bank reconciliations, wires, KYC/AML onboarding, reporting, controls, and treasury system improvements. The role manages banking relationships, resolves settlement issues, leads process automation, supports audits, and guides junior analysts.

Supports energy-transition investment products and capital solutions, including co-investments, continuation vehicles, joint ventures, and equity partnerships. Conducts opportunity research, financial modeling, due diligence, investment memorandum preparation, data-room management, and investor outreach. Collaborates with investment, sustainability, asset management, advisors, and institutional investors to structure transactions, raise capital, communicate investment theses, and manage execution workstreams.

Review quarterly investor reporting, US GAAP financial statements, NAV packs, fund performance metrics, capital activity, liquidity, and forecasts. Coordinate service providers, auditors, and control documentation; analyze complex accounting treatments and fund structures; present significant transactions to senior management; improve finance processes using AI and emerging technologies; and manage and develop staff.
