The Sr. Sourcing Analyst manages sourcing initiatives, data management, vendor relations, and contract execution, focusing on strategic value and risk mitigation.

Manage fund accounting and investor reporting for infrastructure funds, review NAV and financial statements (US GAAP/IFRS), oversee capital activity, liquidity and forecasting, coordinate external service providers, support audits and tax reporting, analyze complex accounting issues, drive process improvements and leverage AI tools for efficiency.

The Legal Assistant will support the legal team in document management, calendar scheduling, invoice reconciliation, and correspondence management, requiring strong organizational and communication skills.
