The Manager, Business Compliance provides regulatory compliance advice, manages compliance programs, and ensures adherence to regulations across multiple business units within Wealth. Responsibilities include risk assessments, compliance training, and relationship management with stakeholders to address regulatory issues and updates.

Lead enterprise strategic initiatives by partnering with the C-suite and senior leaders to develop, prioritize, and implement strategy. Structure complex projects, manage teams, produce data-driven analyses and business cases, oversee performance monitoring and change management, and communicate recommendations to executive audiences. Act as trusted advisor, support M&A, digital/AI and portfolio decisions, and coach team members to enable cross-bank delivery of strategic priorities.

Lead second-line oversight of operational resilience across critical business products and services. Independently review and challenge impact tolerances, dependency mappings, scenario testing, resilience assessments, metrics and governance. Develop reporting, dashboards and thematic analysis; escalate material risks; partner with First Line, Risk Specialty Areas and senior stakeholders to drive remediation, regulatory alignment and enterprise-wide resilience insights.

Lead design, development and implementation of acquisition and retention strategies across channels. Build business cases, govern incentive strategy, drive cross-channel integration, manage stakeholders, define analytics/reporting needs, oversee change management and measure performance to optimize spend, ROI and client outcomes.

Lead and execute audits for Wealth Management, assess internal controls and risks, produce concise audit reports, advise senior management, use data analytics for advisory work, and support audit methodology and change initiatives to protect the organizations governance and reputation.

Design, build, and operate scalable, secure Azure infrastructure and shared platform services. Implement landing zones, IaC, CI/CD, automation, API management, governance, and DevOps/SRE practices. Partner with engineering, security, and risk teams to deliver reusable deployment patterns, platform tooling, and operational controls across the Azure ecosystem.

Architect, build, and evolve a scalable Azure-focused cloud Platform-as-a-Product. Own Platform-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, multi-tenant secure landing zones, and self-serve modules. Provide hands‑on engineering, cross‑team collaboration with security and networking, mentorship, and drive platform innovation and governance automation.

Lead a team to build scalable risk analytics, reporting, and data quality solutions. Translate business needs into technical analytics, ensure governance and regulatory compliance, engage stakeholders, and drive automation and continuous improvement of data processes and model monitoring.

Lead hands-on design and development of secure, scalable payment API and event-driven cloud services on AWS. Collaborate with product, QA, architecture, and support teams to deliver production-ready, observable solutions, and promote AI-assisted engineering productivity.

Lead enterprise customer information and information delivery initiatives across lines of business. Define data requirements, party model logic, data quality standards, KPIs, and remediation plans. Collaborate with stakeholders and IT to develop ECIF/IDP roadmaps, support delivery of technology solutions, coach business analysts, and manage small teams to ensure integrated customer data, reporting, and analytics.
