Own risk strategy and operating models for new credit and payroll products. Lead transaction monitoring operations, people management, staffing, service levels, risk rules, controls, workflows, and performance metrics. Own end-to-end verticalized demand-generation campaigns: strategy, multi-channel execution, and measurement. Build 12-month and quarterly evergreen calendars, run activations (webinars, events, content, sponsorships), coordinate cross-functional teams, optimize conversion funnels, report on cost and customer quality, and turn successful plays into repeatable motions to scale segment GTM.

Develop and own Relay's YouTube strategy and video production end-to-end: concepting, scripting, shoots, talent and vendor coordination, editing oversight, performance analysis, and cross-functional alignment to drive educational and brand-focused content for small business owners.

Lead delivery, technical strategy, engineering processes, cross-functional collaboration, and people management for the Accounts engineering team. Build and scale a high-performing team through hiring, coaching, and performance management while shipping high-quality fintech products.
