Process and post high-volume vendor invoices, batch and issue payments, reconcile vendor and internal accounts, investigate discrepancies, resolve non-payment issues, and maintain accurate cost records. The role also analyzes reports, corrects invoice coding, ensures vendor accounts remain current, collaborates with internal teams, improves AP processes, and supports ad hoc accounting and finance projects.

Manage Canadian procurement activities, vendor sourcing, RFPs, contract awards, service agreements, pricing updates, compliance tracking, and vendor performance. The role maintains procurement records, identifies savings opportunities, supports reporting, resolves vendor issues, and partners with leadership to improve processes and expand the vendor network.
