Lead governance (executive reviews, health checks), spot and remediate churn risk, partner with Product/Support/Delivery, and arm Sales with renewal evidence. Coordinate cross-functional teams, surface customer insights and growth opportunities, and be accountable for client-health metrics (CSAT, NRR, FTTV).
