Interns support Wealthsimple’s Client Experience Operations team through either workflow optimization or enablement. Responsibilities include mapping workflows, implementing AI-enhanced automations, launching support features, analyzing quality and performance metrics, validating data, building trend analyses, documenting metrics, and making recommendations. Lead major and reputation-sensitive incidents from initiation through resolution. Translate technical telemetry and root causes into clear client, executive, and external communications; coordinate Engineering, Product, CX, Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Leadership; establish incident playbooks and communication standards; protect responders during crises; quantify impact with Data Science; and lead post-incident reviews and remediation.

The role partners with Growth, Brand, Product Marketing, and Business Banking Product teams while measuring campaign performance, attribution, reach, and ROI.

Lead and develop a software engineering team building institutional investment transfer platforms. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, technical direction, roadmap planning, reliability and scalability improvements, operational automation, cross-functional delivery, engineering best practices, incident response, and AI-assisted development. The role partners with Product, Design, Operations, CX, Infrastructure, Security, and SRE teams in a complex financial technology environment.

Manages the end-to-end operating rhythm for Active Trader marketing campaigns, including briefs, creative workflows, stakeholder coordination, budgets, timelines, reporting, and legal, compliance, and regulatory reviews. The role builds processes and tracking systems, coordinates internal teams and vendors, ensures campaigns launch accurately and on schedule, analyzes results, and uses AI tools to improve marketing operations.

Review algorithm-generated trades across managed portfolios, resolve abnormal orders, and identify operational bottlenecks in managed accounts.
