Reporting to the VP, Sales Strategy & Solution Consulting, responsible for facilitating a culture of continuous learning across the field sales organization. Develop strategies and programs to align with Sales KPIs, optimize onboarding and training for new sales employees, build sales certification programs, and transform the Sales Enablement Platform. Stay current on sales methodology, consult with business leaders on training needs, and provide metrics on Sales Enablement effectiveness.
