Lead delivery of recruitment services for RPO accounts, manage KPIs and stakeholder relationships, implement best practices across the recruitment lifecycle, develop talent-pool and sourcing frameworks, oversee vendor relationships, train and mentor team members, and monitor contractual service delivery and compliance.

Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers and staffing vendors across the contingent labor lifecycle: lead intake sessions, manage complex requisitions, analyze fulfillment data, build reports/dashboards, optimize processes, oversee supplier performance and worker assignments, and mentor junior team members.

The Program Specialist II manages the requisition process, supports hiring managers, oversees vendor performance, and ensures timely onboarding of talent.
