Support and lead product assurance across satellite design, manufacture, integration, test, and delivery. Develop and own QA processes, manage non-conformances, supplier quality, configuration management, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead and hands-on manage IT operations including network, systems, cloud, identity, DevOps, incident response, and security. Build and mentor a multidisciplinary team, drive automation, operational roadmaps, vendor management, and cross-functional alignment to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver satellite programs from concept through on-orbit validation. Manage scope, schedule, cost, risk, IMS/EVM metrics, customer and subcontractor interfaces, programmatic reviews, and reporting. Drive mitigation plans, present status to stakeholders, and support proposal efforts and Tranche-2 commissioning as needed.

Serve as a cross-project senior technical authority for Kepler's satellite missions. Review and validate system architectures, lead technical assessments for lifecycle milestones, identify systemic risks, mentor systems engineers, support mission definition and proposals, and advise leadership on technical readiness and risk. Provide independent oversight, anomaly support, and clear guidance to ensure consistent, rigorous satellite systems engineering across programs.

Lead payload management and systems engineering for multi-supplier satellite missions. Interface with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to define interfaces, requirements, CONOPS, test plans, and verification. Drive mission analysis, integration, risk mitigation, validation, and early operations planning while mentoring junior engineers.

Lead systems engineering for spacecraft and space-system programs: define architectures, translate mission requirements, manage interfaces and technical budgets, perform trade studies and risk analyses, drive verification and test campaigns, support integration/commissioning and operations, mentor engineers, and apply MBSE and AI-enabled tools to improve engineering workflows and deliver program technical products.

Support satellite and payload development by performing mission and system analyses, maintaining requirements and interface documentation, supporting payload integration, verification planning, testing, and operations readiness, coordinating cross-functional teams, and producing technical budgets and reports under senior engineer guidance.
