As the Head of AI, you'll lead product strategy for Glia's AI portfolio, focusing on automation and agent experiences in financial services. Responsibilities include guiding AI product development, partnering across departments, and establishing product evaluation mechanisms.

Design, own, and evolve internal CI/CD, GitHub workflows, deployment pipelines, and Kubernetes standards. Build developer-facing APIs, automate platform tasks, lead migrations from monolith to modular CI/CD, and partner with teams to improve reliability, cost visibility, and developer productivity.
