Design, analyze, test, and support development and production of star tracker optical systems. Build and commission test setups, collect and analyze performance data, assist quality and production teams with root cause analysis and integration, and support business development customer responses.

The Program Manager II/Senior manages ADCS component programs, coordinating with production, engineering, and quality teams, and communicates with customers on project statuses and requirements.

Support lab management and supply chain by developing and documenting processes and systems for equipment calibration and inventory. Assist with inventory management tools, cycle counting, parts kitting, and quarantine management. Work full-time on-site, collaborate across teams, and learn under a mentor while contributing to production and new product rollout.
