Design, analyze, test, and support development and production of star tracker optical systems. Build and commission test setups, collect and analyze performance data, assist quality and production teams with root cause analysis and integration, and support business development customer responses.

The Program Manager II/Senior manages ADCS component programs, coordinating with production, engineering, and quality teams, and communicates with customers on project statuses and requirements.

Lead delivery of ADCS-focused development projects: own schedules, budgets, resources, risk register, procurement of long-lead items, coordinate cross-functional NPI activities, run project meetings, and report progress and risks to leadership and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
