Lead analytics and operations for Sales and Services: build dashboards, forecasts, and financial models; surface data-driven insights; manage requests and stakeholder relationships; improve SFDC data and processes; partner with BI and product teams to optimize reporting and operational efficiency.

Prototype, evaluate, and productionize machine learning systems for restaurant content understanding, retrieval, ranking, matching, and recommendations. Lead FP&A for OpEx, CapEx, and commissions: own budgeting, forecasting, ROI modeling, commission plan oversight, management reporting, and process automation while partnering with operational leaders.

Lead complex API integrations from discovery through launch for partners and restaurant groups. Own quarter-length technical projects, diagnose and resolve API issues, partner with Product/Engineering and Security, and build scalable troubleshooting guides and implementation playbooks to improve integrations and developer experience.

Lead month‑end and quarter‑end consolidation and reporting across regions and currencies. Manage intercompany, equity, and treasury transactions; deliver fluctuation analysis and commentary; coordinate with Tax, GL, FP&A and Financial Operations; drive process improvements and leverage technologies to streamline reporting and meet tight deadlines.

Own technical accounting for partnership revenue, loyalty, leases, bad debt, prepaids, and accruals under US GAAP. Lead close activities, reconciliations, and cross-functional workstreams. Prepare technical memos, support auditors, coach teammates, and drive process improvements using system connectivity and AI-enabled workflows.

Lead global accounting for the general ledger and financial close under US GAAP. Own month-end and quarter close, balance sheet reconciliations, estimates, and technical accounting (including ASC 606). Drive process improvement, automation and systems transformation, coach and develop an accounting team, and partner with finance and commercial stakeholders to defend accounting positions and deliver insightful P&L and balance sheet analysis.

Supports revenue strategy through advanced analytics, financial modeling, forecasting, dashboards, reporting, and data-driven recommendations. Partners with sales, services, marketing, finance, product, Salesforce, and BI teams to optimize processes, systems, and performance. Manages ad hoc analysis requests, Salesforce data stewardship, KPI monitoring, and executive-level presentations while translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
