Manages customer inquiries, service issues, billing discrepancies, orders, and fulfillment risks for approximately 4,500 accounts. Partners with Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales, carriers, and other internal teams to resolve problems, maintain accurate ERP and CRM data, monitor account performance, and improve processes. Supports customer engagement, team coaching, inventory and logistics planning, and revenue growth while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.

The role requires extensive customer engagement within an assigned territory and collaboration across a matrix organization.
