Leads complex Design-Build and alternative delivery projects from strategy through close-out. Owns scope, schedule, budget, quality, safety, financial performance, risk, contracts, change management, and stakeholder coordination. Integrates multidisciplinary design and construction teams, manages client and contractor relationships, supports business development, and ensures compliance with quality, security, permitting, and project-control requirements across Canadian infrastructure and building projects.

Lead pavement engineering and project management for public and private clients. Oversee pavement evaluations, complex pavement analysis and design, prepare and review reports/specifications, mentor junior staff, manage schedules/budgets, ensure QA/QC of field work and data, support proposals and client communication.

Lead technical delivery for baggage handling system (BHS) design, construction, testing, and commissioning. Provide subject-matter expertise, conduct design reviews, evaluate contractor proposals, manage BHS program technical targets, coordinate multidisciplinary integration, oversee construction inputs and testing, prepare progress briefings, and mentor staff.

Lead design, analysis, integration, verification and implementation of ETCS Level 1/2 and related train control systems. Produce technical designs, interface specifications, test procedures, IFC drawings, and compliance documentation. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and stakeholders through installation, testing & commissioning, and handover while ensuring safety, CENELEC compliance, V&V, and reliability.

Lead BIM strategy and implementation for large multi-disciplinary P3 transportation projects. Ensure ISO 19650 compliance, manage data and API integrations, support digital twins/AI workflows, train staff, and coordinate across designers, contractors, and owners to deliver coordinated BIM information from design through construction and handover.
