Supports senior Customer Success Account Managers within a shared account portfolio. Executes standardized customer success, cloud adoption, AI acceleration, and Copilot adoption activities; maintains account context; identifies risks, milestones, blockers, and portfolio patterns; tracks delivery dependencies; coordinates remediation follow-ups; monitors support signals; and escalates risks or exceptions to senior leaders and internal owners.

Lead strategic Windows and endpoint engagements with senior IT executives to defend and expand Windows adoption. Drive modernization of endpoint management, identity, and AI‑ready device strategies; orchestrate partners and internal teams to deliver proofs, value realization, reference assets, and repeatable outcomes. Provide customer feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
