This opportunity will allow you to deepen your financial-services business acumen, expand your executive advisory and consultative-selling capabilities, and strengthen your ability to lead complex, multi-year transformation programs. You will help customers build secure AI foundations, modernize their technology estates, and realize value from their Microsoft investments while growing Microsoft’s strategic relationship with the account. Lead executive technology briefings and strategic conversations that align the customer’s transformation agenda with the Microsoft portfolio and generate new opportunities.

  • Drive operational and commercial excellence. Lead technical decision-maker conversations and account governance to ensure opportunities are technically viable, the pipeline is robust, and customer investments translate into adoption, consumption, and business value.

  • Orchestrate the One Microsoft and partner ecosystem. Align specialists, solution engineers, customer success teams, engineering groups, and partners around customer priorities. Ensure the right technical capacity is engaged, blockers are removed, and plans are executed with clear accountability.

  • Accelerate adoption and consumption. Work with the account team and customer stakeholders to develop and maintain actionable consumption plans, address resiliency and optimization needs, and identify opportunities to expand value across the Microsoft portfolio.
