Manage Turo’s communications and public relations efforts in Canada, including media relations, press inquiries, integrated communications plans, campaign messaging, crisis communications, influencer relationships, community storytelling, strategic partnerships, and PR and social tracking. Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Product, Operations, and other teams to build brand awareness and secure coverage around Turo’s innovation and performance.

Investigate and process auto claims, assist Hosts and Guests with self-resolution, coordinate with third-party administrators, collect amounts due, maintain claim documentation, and improve claims-handling processes. The role emphasizes bilingual English/French customer service, conflict resolution, responsiveness, accurate follow-through, and collaboration in a hybrid Toronto office environment.

Own and execute paid and organic top-of-funnel experiments to acquire hosts across Canadian markets. Build roadmaps for creatives, targeting, offers, and landing pages; partner with Creative and media partners; analyze CAC and conversion metrics to optimize supply growth, including bilingual campaigns for Quebec.
