About the team

We're looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to help solve one of Turo's hardest marketplace problems: supply constraints in key Canadian markets. This role drives execution of the top-of-funnel supply acquisition engine, from awareness through conversion, in partnership with the Marketplace Growth director, and is focused on building scalable, cost-efficient ways to bring high-quality hosts onto the platform.

You'll operate at the intersection of data, experimentation, and execution, testing new channels, optimizing conversion, and shaping how Turo attracts the next generation of hosts across Canada.

What you will do
  • Plan, launch, and evaluate paid channel experiments (e.g., paid social, sponsored content, with emerging channels like audio tested opportunistically) to identify scalable, cost-efficient supply acquisition channels.

  • Build and maintain a structured roadmap across creatives, targeting, offers, and messaging.

  • Drive continuous improvement of the "List Your Car" landing page with a focus on conversion and attracting multi-car and expansion-minded hosts.

  • Partner with Turo's Creative department to test new value propositions and creative tailored to different host segments, including bilingual (English/French) creative for the Quebec market.

  • Source, craft, and amplify compelling host stories to drive organic interest and credibility in hosting on Turo, leveraging Canadian media and content partners.

  • Analyze performance using clear success metrics (CAC, conversion rates, quality signals) and translate insights into action, ultimately in service of growing active supply in priority Canadian markets.

Your profile
  • 2–4+ years of experience in growth marketing.

  • B2C marketplace or platform growth experience is a strong plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data and making tradeoffs.

  • Bias toward action, able to launch tests quickly, learn fast, and iterate.

  • Experience working in or around marketplaces is a strong plus.

  • Clear communicator who can collaborate cross-functionally.

Bonus if you have
  • Comfort working in a bilingual (English/French) market is a plus.

  • Quebec market experience is also a plus.
