Supports biweekly payroll processing for Canadian and U.S. employees, including data entry, audits, reconciliations, inquiries, reporting, records maintenance, year-end activities, and timekeeping audits. Assists with HCM implementation through data validation, user acceptance testing, issue tracking, and process mapping. Coordinates with HR, Benefits, and Finance teams while maintaining payroll confidentiality and compliance.

Manage engineering capital projects from concept through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety objectives are met. Coordinate internal disciplines, customers, consultants, suppliers, contractors, legal counsel, and procurement. Responsibilities include project planning, budgeting, contracting, technical review, inspections, construction coordination, commissioning, reporting, and issue resolution. The role also supervises project teams, performs engineering calculations and designs, and manages capital projects valued up to $50 million.
