Senior ERP LN Finance Analyst to lead finance-focused ERP LN implementations and optimizations. Responsibilities include accounts payable/receivable, cash management, fixed assets, costing, inventory valuation, integrations, data integrity, gap analysis, functional specifications, testing, training, and cross-functional stakeholder liaison to improve processes and system utilization in a manufacturing environment.

Design, standardize, and implement PLC/SCADA and IIoT-based automated test systems for intelligent pumps. Lead smart testing strategy, firmware validation, data acquisition/analytics, dashboards, and global standardization. Integrate test systems with MES/ERP/PLM, support audits, and drive continuous improvement and digital transformation across manufacturing operations.

Design and develop mechanical products: create CAD models, assemblies, and production drawings; perform calculations, simulations, GD&T, and tolerance stack-ups; contribute to DFMEA; maintain BOMs in PLM; collaborate with manufacturing, quality, suppliers, and sales to ensure manufacturability and certification.

Build capability maps and skills architectures, develop digital learning strategy and LMS solutions, create e-learning using Articulate 360, and facilitate leadership and behavioral training. Support succession planning, talent analytics, and measure learning effectiveness to improve capability and ROI.

Lead strategy, development, and lifecycle management for modular performance solutions in HVAC and Fire markets. Define offering strategy, conduct VOC/VOS/VOP, build product portfolio and value streams within an Agile structure, collaborate with sales, operations, and marketing, manage launches, pricing, adoption and recurring services, and drive financial results while managing global teams and travel.

Founding member of Global Strategic Marketing responsible for building market, customer, and competitive insights programs. Design frameworks, conduct market sizing and trend analysis, run VOC and segmentation, develop vertical strategies, deliver insight packs, and influence product, regional, and executive decision-making through data-driven storytelling and change management.

Analyze HVAC/mechanical drawings and P&IDs to design optimized hydronic systems, select products using ADEPT and selection tools, generate proposals/energy models, support sales with site walk-throughs and technical presentations, validate CRM opportunities, collaborate with product/engineering, and produce internal technical materials and best-practice guidance.

Drive specification sales across Southern England by building relationships with consultants, developers, and building owners to position Armstrong products as Basis of Design. Target commercial, district energy, healthcare, industrial and data centre projects, develop territory plans, deliver technical support and CPDs, manage CRM pipeline, and travel extensively (50-60%) to win high-value specification opportunities.
