Collaborate with French- and English-speaking stakeholders to translate requirements, define cloud/hybrid architectures, ensure compliance (PSD2, GDPR), optimize performance and costs, manage vendors, and maintain architecture documentation and roadmaps.

Maintain member benefit entitlements under trust funds by verifying employer contribution reports, reconciling discrepancies, processing adjustments and payments, administering disability and garnishment processes, entering credits, responding to inquiries from unions, employers and members, and producing monthly reports to support fund administration and collections.
