Run discovery workshops, design and scope solutions, build proposals, estimates, pricing models, SOWs, proofs of concept, and executive presentations. Partner with sales, SMEs, and delivery teams to advance opportunities, ensure feasible handoffs, support RFPs, and develop reusable assets. Advise clients on cloud strategy, AI adoption, governance, responsible AI, and production readiness.

Manage a book of 75–100 mid-market accounts to drive retention and renewals. Monitor account health and usage trends, maintain Salesforce forecasting and pipeline, conduct virtual meetings and demos, collaborate with Customer Success and Technical teams to identify upsell opportunities, and execute targeted campaigns to meet revenue retention quotas.

Lead presales engagements to design enterprise data platforms and governance on Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks. Conduct discovery workshops, architect governance with Purview/Unity Catalog, define AI-readiness and Copilot access, author proposals/RFP responses, run POCs/demos, and partner with sales and delivery teams to size and transition engagements to managed services.
