Manage and reconcile warehouse inventory using a WMS (Fishbowl), perform receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking and shipping of primarily food products, operate power equipment (forklift, power cart), maintain records, enforce FEFO/FIFO expiry controls, prepare documentation, and support onboarding/training of staff and volunteers while following health and safety policies.

Provide expert labour relations advice across a multi-union environment, managing grievances, investigations, discipline, performance and terminations. Coach leaders and HRBPs, support arbitration/mediation preparation, ensure consistent interpretation of collective agreements and legislation, document cases defensibly, and inform COE strategy through trends and risk insights.

Manage social scheduling and community engagement, assist with content creation (written/photo/video), email marketing setup and reporting, CMS updates and on-site SEO, and paid media administration. Conduct analytics, competitor analysis, trend research, and leverage AI tools to improve performance. Work remotely with occasional travel for content production.
