The Vice President of Financial Aid will lead the financial aid programs, ensuring compliance, enhancing learner services, and developing strategies for enrollment and retention while leveraging data analytics and AI.

Coordinates academic program administration, responds to student and partner inquiries, reconstructs and updates academic records, scans and processes transcripts, enters transfer and professional credit data, manages archived documents, and supports special projects, tracking systems, data cleanup, and correspondence. Handles confidential information and provides course descriptions and customer service through phone, email, chat, CRM, and other established channels.

Creates graphics, short-form videos, and multimedia assets for social media, email, web, and internal channels. Produces and edits video content, maintains visual assets within editorial calendars, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and prepares content for publication. May support community management using social media tools. Requires strong organizational skills, independent task management, and proficiency with design, editing, social scheduling, analytics, and web content management tools.

Lead and support the Military Degree Plan team to deliver evaluated degree plans and tuition assistance services. Oversee daily operations, supervise and develop staff, manage Salesforce cases and PeopleSoft degree plans, drive process improvements, produce reports and dashboards, collaborate with internal and military stakeholders, and support strategic initiatives.

Provide consultative financial counseling to learners on federal student aid, FAFSA, military and employer benefits, payment plans, and billing. Engage via high-volume inbound/outbound calls, chat, email, and SMS; document interactions in CRM; collaborate with Admissions, Financial Aid, and Success Coaches to resolve balances and support enrollment and retention.

Lead Conversational AI Developer responsible for developing chatbots and virtual assistants, integrating AI technologies, and improving user interactions through data analysis and software development.
