Lead development of executive and investor performance reporting for Personal Insurance. Partner with regional directors to prioritize projects, translate findings into data-driven recommendations, and ensure analytical quality and operational workflow. Manage hiring, coaching, and capacity planning for a high-performing portfolio analytics center of excellence.

Design, lead and execute employee experience programs (engagement, listen strategy, onboarding/offboarding). Co-lead Qualtrics surveys, analyze feedback, produce reports and dashboards, advise senior leaders, partner with HR Analytics, manage cross-functional projects, and drive continuous improvement and change initiatives.
