Provides technical support, troubleshooting, installation, training, and implementation for automotive parts store systems. Supports POS hardware, software, networks, phones, e-commerce, and business applications; performs store changeovers, acquisitions, remodels, and system rollouts. Diagnoses hardware, software, configuration, and data issues, trains customers, demonstrates technology products, supports testing, prepares reports and billings, and travels extensively throughout North America for implementation projects.

Provides first-level technical support for retail stores, corporate offices, and distribution centers. Troubleshoots hardware, applications, infrastructure, and system failures; diagnoses root causes; resolves or escalates incidents; and documents solutions in support tools. The role collaborates with users, developers, engineers, and other support teams, handles multiple priorities, and supports off-hours emergencies, weekend shifts, and on-call coverage.
